What to expect when you arrive

Whether you’re arriving for crisis stabilization or transitional living, here’s what the process looks like at our Woodward facility.

For adults

A trained staff member meets you at the door. We move at your pace — there’s no rush, and we’ll answer every question before anything happens.

A compassionate intake conversation helps us understand your situation and build a personalized stabilization or transitional living plan.

You’ll have your own space, daily therapeutic programming, and staff available around the clock. We’ll work with you every step of the way.

What to bring for a crisis stay

Bring this

  • Min. 5 days of medication in original labeled bottles with accurate prescription details
  • Comfortable clothing — no more than 5 days’ worth
  • Phone and charger
  • Comfort items (blanket, pillow — staff discretion)
  • ER or hospital discharge paperwork (if applicable)
  • Over-the-counter medications (permitted)
  • Essential medical devices

Adults 18 and older experiencing a mental health crisis. Both self-referrals and professional referrals from providers, ERs, and community organizations are accepted.
The typical stay is 3–5 days, though this is tailored to each individual’s needs and progress. Early discharge can be arranged in coordination with the care team.
Transitional living provides structured, supportive housing for adults who have completed crisis stabilization and need additional time and support before returning to independent living. It includes ongoing therapeutic programming and life-skills development.
